It was the Adventures of Amina Al-Sarafi and Listen for the Lie. I haven't started them yet, but I'm super excited for them!

Wanted to come back here to say, I just finished listen for the lie and it was excellent 👌 I kinda want to give myself the win for figuring it out cause it was a theory I had in the back of my head and when it was revealed, I was less shocked and more like, yeah, that makes sense to me...I feel like that's a total win. That was so much fun. I devoured it! Fantastic recommendation!!

Hey Amy, thank you for the recommendation and of course the giveaway. Illuminae was the first book I have read from you and since then fallen in love with both your writing!

Now, as for your recommendations, I am afraid I am in a bookban because my TBR reaches Smaug level of hording (she said as she slowly added books in her cart😅)

I'd say my biggest book recs are Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom, but I remember one of you mentioned Nina at some point, so King of Scars and Rule of Wolves by default! Hope you like them!

Oooh, I love my want to read list getting longer!

My current book recommendation is 'In The Lives of Puppets' by TJ Klune - It's a queer, dystopian retelling of Pinocchio and it's had my heart since I read (devoured) it a few months ago.
