Thank you for answering my question!! It’s so interesting how you get to pitch a vibe/energy as well as a plot :)

Love seeing these bits from you two! It's fascinating to see how you imagined and pitched your stories! I have to admit I was super impressed with Amie's proposal documents. I just thought proposals were plain Word documents with all the necessary information but you made it beautiful!

I think this is my favorite episode so far! I loved hearing the stories of how you sold your novels. Thanks for sharing! I'm a very visual person, so I also love the peek at your proposal documents. I'm longing to know what's down that grotto stairway, Amie. And Kate, the little hand-written note on your worldbuilding page is genius! It makes the whole thing feel so much more intimate and personal. I wondered, did you have guidance (from your agents, perhaps) about what to include in the documents and how to present them, or did you wing it?

I love that you both pulled from the 1920s Era style! I am so excited for these books!! Every episode you put out just gets me more and more invested!

I know you were both in the book community, but any suggestions on how to find first readers to help you with early readings/edits/opinions of your initial manuscript?
